Handwritten letters from Presidents are extremely desirable and are most sought after on executive mansion stationery. Don't miss your chance to get this graded mint condition signature of the legendary General and President.

Elegantly framed and double matted to custom-made, handsome 19” x 16” matte black real wood frame. Gorgeous blue and gold mat with presidential patch and highly-detailed large reproduction portrait of Grant.

Twice elected President, ULYSSES S. GRANT (born Hiram Ulysses Grant (1822 - 1885) was the 18th President of the United States, from 1869 - 1877. Grant led the Union Armies to victory over the Confederacy in the American Civil War, which ended shortly after Robert E. Lee surrendered to him at Appomatox in 1865. It is frequently reported that Grant's middle name was "Simpson". In fact, it was not - his middle name was Ulysses and he later admitted that the "S" in his middle name simply stood for nothing.

Folds consistent with age, use and wear, as shown. Letter is in very fine condition given that it is 140+ years old.

A handsome and impressive addition to the den or office of the Civil War buff or autograph collector. An exceptional investment opportunity, and a truly rare and remarkable find.

Sold as is, as shown.
