Beloved Monarch and Queen of the United Kingdom ELIZABETH II undated autograph vintage Christmas gift tag inscribed with a handwritten sentiment: "Nanny from Elizabeth R [All Good Wishes for Christmas and the New Year] and a speedy recovery".
Card originates from the family of Olive Rattle ("Nanny Rattle") who worked as a nanny to royal family members Princess Alexandra of Kent and Sir Angus Ogilvy, looking after their children. Olive Rattle was awarded the Royal Victorian Medal in 1984 and it is believed that this card was sent in the early 1990s while she was recovering from an accident.
