James Monroe was an American Statesman who served as the fifth President of the United States from 1817 - 1825. Prior to the Presidency, Monroe had served as the country's 8th United States Secretary of War and the 7th United States Secretary of State under President James Madison. Monroe was the last President among the nation's Founding Fathers, and fought in the Revolutionary War. After studying law under Thomas Jefferson he served as delegate to the Continental Congress, and later as 12th and 18th Governor of Virginia. Under Monroe, the landmark "Monroe Doctrine" became the defining foreign policy of the United States in opposing European colonialism in the Americas.
For added security and as your ultimate assurance of authenticity, the document is covertly and invisibly marked with the Signaturist-Ink's own ground-breaking, proprietary DNA technology that contains a genuine strand specific to us but does not harm the document.
