Legendary Irish poet and playwright OSCAR WILDE exceedingly scarce ink signature while serving a two year stint in his capacity as a discerning editor for the magazine "The Woman's World" at the center of the London literary world. Wilde signs below "editorial department La Belle Sauvage" stationery. Certainly signed between 1887-1889.

 
Wilde is known for such works as The Picture of Dorian Gray, The Importance of Being Earnest, and The Happy Prince.
