35th President of the United States JOHN F. KENNEDY exceedingly rare signed LIFE magazine “Inaugural Spectacle” edition. Printed inside is Kennedy’s immortal “Ask Not what your country can do for you…” inauguration speech – with the magazine signed just 36 hours before his assassination in Dallas. Scarce, full "John F. Kennedy" signature as President, almost certainly among Kennedy’s last autographs – and fittingly on perhaps his most enduring legacy as President.

PROVENANCE: Kennedy autographed the magazine for his Supreme Court Justice Arthur Goldberg on the evening of November 20, 1963 where he hosted a reception for the justices at the White House, shortly before heading to Texas the next morning. Kennedy inscribes the issue to Goldberg’s son, Bob.

Included with the magazine is the original White House invitation for the November 20, 1963 dinner, along with original RSVP card. Most importantly, it also contains a separate invitation to the President’s private residence for a short, personal visit with the Kennedys 15 minutes prior to the reception.

CERTIFIED AUTHENTIC BY PSA/DNA Authentication Services EXPERT EXAMINATION. Sale includes original PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity. GUARANTEED GENUINE - simply one of the finest JOHN F. KENNEDY signed items available on the market.

Magazine has surface wear and creasing consistent with age and handling. Spine has been archivally mended.
