Legendary author and outdoorsman ERNEST HEMINGWAY hand signed and inscribed note in framed vintage display. Hemingway writes "To Frank H. Bohrer with very best wishes and sincere appreciation of his two kind letters" Hemingway then signs and adds "Cooke, Montana September 27 1936"

 

Sale includes accompanying original LOA from the highly-respected JSA (James Spence Authentication) who have thoroughly examined the autograph and certify its authenticity.

 

Hemingway vacationed to fish and hunt at his L-T Ranch just outside of Cooke, Montana. It is noted he worked on several books while there and often went fishing and hunting too. 

 

Handsome vintage framed display, nicely mounted, paper-matted with a large portrait framed to an overall size of 18" x 21". Intersecting folds . Otherwise very good condition. Some scratches to the plexi-glass.
