Legendary THE BEATLES manager and "Fifth Beatle" BRIAN EPSTEIN remarkable handwritten "Depressed..." note fragment on Waldorf Astoria notepaper with partial signature as "Brian".
Epstein writes that "I wake" (up feeling?) "depressed", and on side two writes "Brian" and "better by far". Battling depression and having previously attempted suicide, Epstein would die of an accidental drug overdose in 1967 at the age of just 32.
