Incredibly scarce letter written by Bill Clinton at a pivotal point in his administration. Clinton writes just one week after the Oklahoma City bombing in which Clinton informs North Dakota Governor George Sinner "Passed Jane's idea along to the folks in Oklahoma - I think they're considering it seriously". One of the very few handwritten notes from Clinton's Presidency. Impressive gold embossed Presidential seal to the top left corner with "The President" in blue print next to it.
